Beautiful rooms in a beautiful home

I am a quiet, unassuming, kind and very happy woman. I retired early and young, and I’m told by friends that I am slightly eccentric. I live at the back ground floor of my home and would share only the kitchen. Other than this you would have use (with one other lodger), of my large Victorian 3 bed semi very close to town. Parking is on street with a residence permit. The whole house is lovely and warm in the winter, there is a wetroom and a main bathroom with a shower over bath and I have my own en-suite out the back. The two bedrooms to rent are at opposite ends of the first floor, with the two bathrooms in between so there is plenty of space and privacy. The walls of the bedrooms are not adjoined by anyone else’s.
