My name is Jake and I am a 23 year old young professional working in Exeter looking for a respectful, clean and tidy tenant to share my first property with.

A bright and comfortable furnished double bedroom for rent in a charming 2 bedroom flat in a great part of Newton Abbot with all bills included.

The property has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with all areas kept clean and tidy and is available from the 1st of October 2026 with a 3 month minimum tenancy with long term availability.

I am looking for another young professional, ideally in their 20's, who does not work from home. WFH tenants may be welcome, subject to a small increase in price to cover the additional bills.

Enquiries welcome, with viewings available from the end of September. The property will be newly decorated before moving in, so expect a more modern touch with a little more colour than the pictures attached!
