Double bedroom available

Spacious double bedroom available in a quiet, well-kept and relaxed home.

The lodger will have their own double bedroom, along with shared access to the kitchen and dining area. There is also a downstairs bathroom, with the toilet primarily for the lodger’s use, as I have a separate toilet upstairs. I would only need access to the downstairs shower.

For the right person, I’d also be happy to offer the second bedroom, which could be converted into their own private lounge, giving them an additional space to relax and unwind.

I have no pets, but I do have two young children who visit a couple of times a month. When they’re visiting, we generally stay elsewhere, although they will occasionally spend time at the house. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with this arrangement.

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful who would enjoy a peaceful, comfortable home with a relaxed atmosphere. I’d like whoever moves in to feel at home rather than simply renting a room.
