Hello there!
I have a room to let in a new build property in Newton Abbot. I would like someone who will treat it like their own home. Whilst I am adventurous and enjoy a decent conversation, I much prefer quieter environments so if you are into partying or playing loud music this isn't the place for you.
I would like someone who would fit well into the household. My long-standing lodger has moved out but we have become good friends, and I would hope for similar with another lodger (i. e. I'm not just simply looking to fill up a room).
Some negotiation on rent for the right person.
The property is approx 30 minute walk to the train station/town centre, 10 minutes' drive to Torbay Hospital, and right next to the countryside. Teignmouth beach is approx 15mins away, Torquay 20 mins, and Dartmoor 20mins.
Plenty of free parking available.
The room is a double room with a wardrobe and bedside cabinet. There is a family bathroom which would be pretty much your own, as I use the ensuite one.
Broadband is available for your use.
You will have use of your room and all shared areas.
