The whole lower ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. It also has an outside balcony overlooking the town and countryside, with access onto the patio below.

The house is positioned on top of a hill and is surrounded by woodland and fields, with stunning views across Dartmoor and the town. It is situated in a small cul-de-sac, so it's quiet and there is no traffic noise and less pollution than in the town. The house is warm & friendly and is shared by young professional and respectable people.

Outside there is plenty of parking and a garden. Suitable for a working person (not suitable for couples) with employment references.

No smoking within the house.

A professional tenancy contract is provided, so you would be a tenant not a lodger.

Your deposit would be protected by a government approved insurance scheme.

No application charges or fees. Any replacement key(s) are charged at cost price.

A minimum of one months notice is needed to end the tenancy after the initial fixed period.
If you terminated the tenancy agreement within the initial fixed period, then rent would be payable up until the property was re-let.
