Rent a room in a family home near Exeter

This would be ideal for university lecturers, nurses, doctors and others working in specialist areas, and who would prefer to head home at the weekend. Lodgers need a car as we are a little out in the sticks, although only 4 miles from the university and Exeter St Davids station.

We have 2 pigs and three dogs! We live on the edge of the most beautiful forest and have ponds, fields and a rough garden. The house is cosy, a family home (we are three grown up boys and parents) complete with all the usual creature comforts.

We both work from home, particularly me, as a musician and educator. We would expect lodgers to be professional, respectful, ideally creative and interesting!
