The house
Downstairs has a large open plan shared living and dining area. There is also a large garden with a patio and picnic table, perfect for enjoying the warmer months. The property has two bathrooms so you would have one which would mostly be solely used by you.

Location & transport
The house is approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre and main train station.
A new train station is due to open in the next few months and will be just a 5 minute walk from the front door, offering excellent transport links and added convenience.

Current household
You would be sharing with a live-in owner who is a professional working full time from home, along with one very friendly cat 🐾. The house is generally quiet and relaxed.

Who this would suit
Ideal for a professional who is clean, tidy and considerate, and who is looking for a calm and respectful home environment.
As the owner works from home full time, this would not be suitable for someone who also works from home. An animal lover is a must.
