This would suit a student who would prefer a settled, friendly home rather than a busy student HMO or halls. I am looking for one clean, considerate and reasonably quiet person who is comfortable living in a mixed-age household with a live-in landlady and adult family members.

Rent is £575 per calendar month, including gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Council Tax Band B. Full-time students welcome.

The room is available on a monthly rolling lodger agreement, with the possibility of staying for the full academic year. References and a deposit will be required. No smoking inside the house.
