We are looking for a friendly but independent lodger. May suit someone who works from home, as we can offer the peace and privacy of your own sitting room. Would also suit a retired person. We are looking to let long term, therefore long notice offered (2/3 months) to give security of living for the right person.
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of town, with safe parking on the road. The whole house has been recently renovated. Ottery St. Mary is a small, friendly community with all facilities; shops, doctor, dentist, hospital, pubs, restaurants, community events and social activities. Exeter is a 20 minute drive, and there is a bus service. The mainline train service is nearby.
Prospective lodgers must have the Right to Live and Work in the UK.
Rooms are now let short term, but will be available again approx 1st September.
