This is spacious light and airy, newly decorated room. It has just been freshly painted and has a new carpet, curtains and bed, It s a modern home with shared kitchen and lounge. All communal areas are cleaned weekly. The house has 2 shower rooms and one bathrooms so never a wait. We have sea views from most windows including the bedroom. It would suit a working professional, non smoker. The room currently has a double bed. Please note that the sofa in the picture has been removed to create more space. I have various shelving, drawers etc. that can be put in the room to suit your requirements.
The second bedroom that I have available is much larger (approx 23 x 14 fee) This room is occupied until 1st November so I am unable to take photos until then. If you are interested you are welcome to come and view the house and look at the room.
