Lovely 3 bed house in a nice quiet area, close to all amenities, shared lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower over bath, and downstairs toilet. Washing machine. Lovely large south facing garden with decking and grassed areas.
Room over looking the garden or if you room with sea peaks overlooking the bay, but has less storage space.
Garage for storage only.
Close to Paignton zoo, Morrisons, and short walk to 5 local beaches, town centre within short walking distance, 10 -15 min walk to the train and bus station.
Ample on street parking.
I am friendly and sociable, but also like some me time.
I am fairly easy going and considerate and respectful to others and expect the same in return.
