Single room in Paignton/ ‘weekday-only’ considered

Hello,

I have available 1 single furnished room in my home on the outskirts of Paignton.


Please note I am only considering lodgers who are employed and work outside of the house who keep similar working hours to the rest of the household (mon- fri 9-5), as I work part of the week from home in a confidential healthcare role.

Would also consider mon- fri lets for those working away from home- reduction in rent negotiated. Shorter term lets currently preferred but not a deal-breaker.

Early birds are preferred to night owls.
My house is a chilled, peaceful space and I would love to share it with others who are seeking a relaxed, safe and friendly home.

You would be sharing the house with myself (a 38y/o female), an energetic 7y/o spaniel, and one other male lodger (33y/o).

I have really enjoyed getting to share my house and get to know previous lodgers over shared meals or the occasional glass of wine. However, I would prefer lodgers who have their own social circle/ activities outside of the house as I value having a little peaceful time to myself, and would be respectful of this for you too.

A well presented 10 year old detached 3-bed house in Paignton, just off Brixham road, with a south-facing sunny garden, and on-street parking available. All bills included. A main bathroom with bath/ shower is shared with myself only.

Only a 10 min drive from Totnes, 20 mins to Torquay, a short drive or very beautiful walk to many local beaches, and on bus route into Paignton town.
