Cosy, quiet, bed-sitting room on the second (top) floor, with adjacent shower-room and oblique sea views. Being the only bedroom on this level, makes it your own private sanctuary. Free parking is typically available right outside or very close by.

Single occupancy only. Would suit female - Two options: Mon-Fri £445 (preferred) / or 7 Days £625.

We run a clean and quiet house, letting just this one room. We are thoughtful and friendly and there is a pleasant atmosphere here, however we also value and respect personal space and privacy.

We have a fitted kitchen for you to share with us, including your own personal fridge, plus a breakfast bar to eat dinner, but the lounge isn’t shared; We foster a 13 year old girl. This means we would ask you to get a DBS check (at no cost to you).

Apart from the home fundamentals, I guess it makes life better for you and for us, when we feel comfortable and at ease with each other. We are kind and considerate and looking for someone with a similar approach. If you have any questions please feel free to message and ask.
