Room in cosy cottage close to town

Double bedroom available in a 2 bed cottage. The room is furnished with a double bed you are welcome to bring your own furniture wardrobe, chair etc....

It has a bathroom next door to your room which also has a shower and a large corner bath.

The shared kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need (no need to bring anything - unless you really want to). It also has a washing machine.

You will be sharing with an very easy going landlady but please be respectful.

You can Walk to town, the bus and train station in 5 minutes. Close to Goodrington beach and Torbay Leisure centre.

No parking at the house but lots of free available parking on the surrounding roads

There is a small back garden which catches the sun in the summer lovely place to sit with a coffee.

Please communicate with me any problems asap so I can help.
Please use the toilet !!! you wont believe what some lodgers think is acceptable.
Clean up after yourself and keep your room clean and tidy.
No Drugs No Smoking
Single occupancy only and no overnight visitors. .
It is your responsibility to keep your room clean and tidy.
Please do also think can you afford to pay your rent long term.

I am very laid back and easy going, but I've had to mention the above due to previous lodgers. I work and I am quite active so not here a lot.

Happy with short or long term , I may accept a dog
