Bright, comfortable en-suite double room available in my newly renovated home in Paignton.

The room has its own private en-suite bathroom and the house is modern, spacious and relaxed, with a large kitchen and garden. It’s within walking distance of the beach and town, with good access to local amenities.

I’m looking for a clean, considerate and easy-going working professional who would like a peaceful home rather than a busy house share. I live here too, along with my friendly dog Arthur, so you would need to be comfortable around dogs. I’m sociable and friendly but also really value having our own space and independence.
