I have a spacious recently renovated attic space with two rooms (bedroom, office) and a private toilet shower room on the top floor of my large Victorian house, which I am happy to rent out to the most suitable person. The room is furnished with a double bed, and plus plenty of storage space. You would have access to a a modern kitchen on the ground floor, a light conservatory and dining/reception room, plus a large sunny private courtyard area. There is plenty of regular parking spaces on the road (or parallel roads) with non-residential free parking. The monthly rent includes all utilities (gas/electricity/water), council tax, T. V. Licence and WIFI. This small HOUSE-SHARE prides itself in its warm, supportive and friendly, artistic atmosphere, where all tenants communicate well, while respecting each others needs/wishes for cleanliness and privacy. The house itself is just 5 mins walk to Paignton's central shopping area, 5 mins to the train/bus/coach station and 10mins walk to three different beaches and sea front. There is also a leisure centre and Velo park just down the road, and gorgeous coastal paths.
Any potential lodger would be invited to meet the other house-share residents. At least two references will be required from your current workplace and your most recent Landlord.
