Communal kitchen and dining area. Small living room with DVD player (No TV) and loads of board games. Will be nice if we can eat and socialise now and then. However, respectful of others privacy and healthy boundaries as life can be very busy and full on at times.

Will suit someone who likes quiet time 10 PM and getting up early in the morning.

Garden with areas to relax and enjoy. Parking in street is free. and no problem to find parking spaces.

Public transport on the doorstep: Pinhoe Train station 2 min, P bus to town 2 min walk, Route 1 bus is 2 minutes walk from the house.

Close to Sainsbury`s, Aldi, Lidl, Spar, several take away shops and Pinhoe Pharmacy.

Walking distance to Science Park and Met Office
