Cosy 2-bed home share

Looking for a housemate to share my recently renovated Victorian terrace in Pinhoe/ Exeter.

Ideally looking for a mature/PhD student or professional who is also exempt from council tax like me (since part of my job involves doing my PhD) and also has a fairly regular work pattern.

Great links to M5 and close to met office, and lots of super markets nearby. A stone’s throw to the station which is one stop from Exeter central so easy to get to town/uni - I work at the University as a researcher and mainly cycle (takes me 15-20 mins).

The room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden, and gets afternoon and evening sun. Kitchen, bathroom, windows and central heating all brand new in the last year or so.

Keen for someone pretty independent and happy to help look after my place when I’m away. I’m typically here during the week for work and away at the weekend, since my main base is in north Devon on my partner’s farm. My calm and social dog very occasionally visits (but lives full time with my partner on the farm).

I mainly work from the office and am often out in the evenings. Also happy for easy going company or catch up over a coffee/ glass of wine when we’re both around - the way to my heart is complementing my sourdough.
