A double room, fully furnished, with an off-road allocated parking space and shared bathroom. I'm looking for a friendly and respectful person to join me and my hyper Cocker Spaniel.

The house is kitted with everything you may need (full use of kitchen, living room, bathrooms of course!)

I'm a 30 year old homeowner with a serious job, but I’m not a serious person.

I'm ideally looking for someone kind, considerate and tidy who enjoys socialising as well as valuing privacy and alone time.

I’m currently enjoying the summer evenings, cooking when I have the time and walking the dog.

I am only considering short term lets or Monday to Friday only, open to longer term for the right person.
