The house is mid terraced, the layout is a shared lounge and kitchen, with one downstairs reception converted to a bedroom and three bedrooms upstairs (plus a visiors box room). There is a laundry room accessed from the rear garden, containing a washing machine and drier. Outside there is a small "suntrap" courtyard garden with space for bike or moped storage. and lockable rear access.

The house is occupied by 30 something professionals, so a young couple with an active relationship or someone that sleeps in the day and parties at night bring loads of mates round to eat takeaways might NOT be a good fit! The room available is downstairs and is warm and well presented.
