The layout downstairs is a lounge, dining room and kitchen and downstairs shower, with the dining room converted to a bedroom (room taken)

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom- the middle room and the back bedroom are the vacant ones

Outside there is a small "suntrap" courtyard garden with space for bike or moped storage. and lockable rear access.

The house is occupied by two 30 plus professionals who work in the care sector The rooms available are both upstairs.
