4 bed House-share (PL4)

This is a warm, clean, four bed shared home, well presented and welcoming. it is centrally located in Plymouth between the train station and town. A couple have been renting the whole top floor and are moving out taking all the gear in the photos with them.

The rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, chair and a chest of drawers..... basic but enough.

The layout downstairs is a lounge, dining room and kitchen and downstairs shower, with the dining room converted to a bedroom.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom- the front room is the width of the house, there is a middle room and the back bedroom has its own sink.

Outside there is a small "suntrap" courtyard garden with space for bike or moped storage. and lockable rear access.

The house is occupied by a 30 plus professional nurse. The rooms available are upstairs and downstairs

All bills, Central heating, internet, council tax are included,

Looking for a friendly people, with their own personality to fit in to a professional house. This is not a student let.
