Double bedroom for professional person, in an amazing immaculate new build townhouse which is very clean and tidy.
I’m a live in landlord with no children or pets. Ideal lodger would be a quiet professional person, non smoker who respects my property as I do. The house is situated with Quadrant Quay area within the up & coming Millbay Development. Close to major employers within the city centre, 15 min walk to the university and 5 minutes to the City Centre or Plymouth Hoe. There is off road parking on West Hoe Road from 16:00-10:00. Free all weekend on one side.

The room has plenty of space and will come furnished with double bed with under mattress drawers, duvet and pillows, wardrobe, chest of drawers and comfy chair with a tv. You will also have your own bathroom.
The rent will be paid each month, a month in advance. Deposit of one months rent will be required . All bills are included within the rent, including Virgin high speed WiFi, no hidden costs to you.

I will require two references, one from your employer and one from your previous landlord. We will have shared use of the lovely fitted kitchen and dining room. I’ll happily share the cooking. I can possibly arrange bike storage if required.
