Hi, we have one spare room within an end terraced Victorian property. The property is a large 4 bed but capping at 3 people to keep it uncrowded and easy. There will be 3 people total living here.

The house has double glazing and gas central heating. There is a communal living room, large kitchen with dining area, recently renovated bathroom, downstairs wash room/second bathroom and a courtyard garden.

Rent is all inclusive of all Utilities, Council Tax, Tv License, TV package and WiFi. No surprises.

The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would expect including ample fridge/freezer space. All utensils and crockery are available for your use. There is also a utility room attached to the kitchen with WC, washing machine, a second freezer and tumble dryer. Strong and fast Internet throughout.

The room comes furnished but we are flexible to discuss which furniture you want / need.

Our neighbours love us and we don't want that to change. Looking for quiet, tidy and friendly professionals.

On street parking available.

Rooms are for Working Professionals or Mature/Masters/PHD students.
