- Holding Fee - Equivalent to 1 week's rent
This will begin your referencing and hold the room for you for up to 3 days. The room will be taken off the market during this process. Non-refundable.

- Tenancy Deposit - Equivalent to 1 month's rent
Your deposit is held with The Deposit Protection Scheme and is refundable when you move out depending on the condition of your room and your rent being paid up to date.

* Deposits are secured in the Government's DPS scheme.
