A Modern, well fitted Shower room and separate Bathroom, provide for relaxed bathing. Outside you will find a tidy and well maintained courtyard garden complete with out door seating.
Our dedicated housekeeper Bruna ensures the communal areas are kept spotless with weekly visits.

Clipper Lettings is a compassionate, caring and professional landlord offering unrivalled levels of service and communication.
We do not charge tenant application referencing fees, preferring to carry out in house referencing and relying on our instincts as to the right fit for our house shares.
Further to our ethos of mutual respect and trust we do not hold a deposit bond if a suitable guarantor is provided. If no guarantor can be provided we will require a bond of £400 held securely within a government deposit scheme.
We are available 24/7 for any concerns you may have and undertake to carry out repairs and maintenance in a timely and considerate fashion to ensure you have a spotless, safe and enjoyable home to relax in. In return we demand that all our tenants treat us and the house in a similar fashion. This is not a party house but we do welcome you to enjoy living and socialising here with due consideration to your housemates.
