Hi, I am looking for someone to rent a top floor double room in my 4 bed house in Peverell/Mannamead, available from mid February. It is a furnished room with a large storage cupboard. Has a shared bathroom (separate shower and bath), there is also a downstairs toilet and a non-available ensuite in the house also. On street free parking, garage available for storage if needed, and a garden. Short walk from Mutley Plain/high street, walking distance from the train station and short cycle to the hospital.

Looking for professional tenant to rent, who is clean tidy and respectful. I will be moving back into the house from July with my partner and it will be as a shared occupancy from then.
