I’m a working professional in Plymouth and enjoy the outdoors - walking, cycling, swimming etc. I occasionally look after a friends dog. I don't drink but I'm fine with others doing so.

I'm looking to rent a room to a similar aged professional, with similar interests and for the house to be a home that is well-looked after with a nice communal atmosphere.
I occasionally WFH and would prefer a lodger that did not WFH.

There is a cleaner every other week but potential lodger would also be expected to keep the house clean and tidy.
