Lovely flat in Stoke, Plymouth

Hi, I’m Bekki :)

I have been lucky enough to have an amazing lodger for the past three years but she is flying the nest soon so the room will be avaliable from Sept.

My situation is slightly strange as I’m at University in Bristol (in my last year of Veterinary Medicine) and I’m up there a lot of the time.

Basically I’ve never wanted to rent my place out fully because 1. I love it and I don’t want it to get trashed and 2. I don’t want to put my furniture and life into storage and 3. I need someone to water my plants and 4. I’d like to be able to come back on weekends to see my friends and family.

So to that end I’m offering my flat up (not the living room as I have turned it into my bedroom (but you have a tv and sofa etc I promise) hence the slightly higher price because you are pretty much getting an empty flat with the occasional visitor (me).

It would ideally suit someone with not a lot of stuff, the bedroom will have two wardrobes, bed side tables and draws I just mean extra bits if you’re moving from another flat as I don’t have a loft or anything for storage.

I’m open to someone having a dog as I have a dog myself but I’d have to meet her/him with my dog as Nelly is now deaf and slightly blind and she can’t handle a lot of dogs (however my lodger has one and they get on fine).

I am also an extremely clean and tidy person and take pride in my home so if you’re untidy or won’t be willing to keep the place clean please don’t bother applying.

There is on street parking and a lovely garden I designed myself.
