Currently available from the 20th Feb 2025 onwards, is a furnished double room (for single occupancy), located in a second-floor comfortable apartment, on a quiet road, a few minutes walk from the city centre, Victoria Park with other amenities, bus, coach station, railway station and shops close by.
Because there are only 2 bedrooms in total, this accommodation would suit a quiet professional person who has a respectful attitude towards the other lodger.

The communal area of the apartment comprises of an open-plan kitchen and lounge/dining area, a large hallway, and a clean bathroom containing a bath and shower.

Facilities include broadband, TV and washing machine, large fridge/freezer, plus all kitchen utilities you would expect including a coffee machine, microwave, etc.

There is free parking just outside the main entrance, and a permit from the council is available at about £30 per year which would allow additional parking nearby.

Your monthly rent of £550 will include gas, electric, water bills, high-speed broadband, and TV license which are all paid for.
