Upstairs double room with high ceilings and lots of light and space. Fully furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, bedside table and dressing table. You will also have access to a large living room with tv, bathroom with a separate shower and bath, open plan kitchen and dining room. Kitchen has a large cooking range, air fryer and microwave. Dining room is in the conservatory which gets loads of sunlight in the afternoon/evenings. Out the back there is a small courtyard leading out to a service lane. The area of st Jude’s is very central (10 mins walk to drakes circus and Barbican) but is also a very quiet residential area. Round the corner are two lovely parks and it’s very near to Aldi, Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
Current household includes 3 professional females, all 29-30 and our 10 year old cat, Bubbles.

Rent is £569 a month. All bills are included. On street parking is £41 a year.
