Double room to rent in central Plymouth location

Double room available to rent in Victorian house in Peverell, Plymouth.

The house is a terrace with four bedrooms, two reception rooms, two toilets, one bathroom, and a garden, with free on road parking. I live here with my husband - we are both working young professionals. We also have two large well behaved dogs and a parakeet who has her own room. We love the outdoors and are very chilled.

We have lived in Plymouth for 8 years and love the city. Our house is right next to central park and a few minutes walk to mutley plain. Our neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We have good transport links to Derriford hospital and the town center.

The room currently has a double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

All bills (water gas, electricity council tax, and fast internet) included and access to all kitchen appliances (range cooker, microwave, washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer). You are welcome to share either of the two sitting rooms. Feel free to send a message for more details 🙂
