We're looking for a friendly, professional lodger to occupy our very spacious and quiet spare room, in our family home in St Judes.

The property itself is a terraced 3 storey, 4 bed townhouse, with a small courtyard garden and on-street parking. It is less than a mile from Plymouth City Centre and takes around 15 mins to walk to Drake Circus. The current occupants are 1 female (35 year old professional) 1 child (11). All facilities in the property would be shared so bathroom, kitchen etc however, we are away from the property a fair amount and you will have the space to yourself a lot of the time. The room itself is 4.85mX3.96m. The property is also professionally cleaned on a fortnightly basis.

The preferred person would be a professional, that's clean, considerate, friendly and happy to lodge in a quiet family home.

£650pcm, all bills included, including council tax, utilities, TV license and WiFi.
£650 security deposit required.
