I'm Heather and we've been happily hosting lodgers for around two years. We've been really fortunate to have had some fantastic lodgers, including our current lodger, who is now leaving.

I'm friendly and easy-going, but because we're away from the property so much, this is a particularly good setup for someone who enjoys having their own space and independence.

When we're around, we're respectful of each other's space and expect the same in return.

Ideally, we're looking for a professional, clean, considerate and friendly person who is looking for a peaceful home and will treat the property with care.

We're not looking for a party house, so this would suit someone who enjoys a quiet, relaxed and respectful home environment.
