The house is located in quiet cul de sac with on street ( non permit) parking. It’s about 25 metres from a co - op store and the bus stop with access to city including Derriford. If you prefer walking it’s about 20 minute walk to city centre .

The existing housemates are friendly but will give space to you if that's what you want .

The house is maintained to a high standard ( if it needs fixing its fixed !!). The heating system is efficient and enables tenant to control it to ensure heating is always available

The room is fully furnished including a desk and chair

Located on 1st floor at the FRONT of house. Large bay window with plenty of light.

The room has access to a communal bathroom within about 1 metre & additionally a communal shower . So effectivly 1 bathroom between 2 rooms


The house itself has :
- virgin wireless throughout the house . Good connection in every room in the house ( included in monthly rent)
- full gas centre heating and plentiful hot water
- good size fully equipped kitchen with 5 ring gas hob and electric oven. In addition to allocated cupboards, fridge shelf and freezer shelf for each room ( avoids disputes) the kitchen also has washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridges and freezer. TV with communal tv licence.
