We have been working on this house for the last 3 months to create the perfect shared living house.

We are very keen to find a group of tenants who get on well and so the current tenants will always have the final say on who moves in.

All bills are included but the rent will be split into two payments. One will be the gas and electricity allowance. This is currently £25.
So a room at 530 would be 505 +25.
This 25 will be adjusted every 3 months depending on usage.
