The kitchen is located at the front of the house and comes equipped with modern appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven. It leads into the lounge, which comes fully furnished with large sofas and a flat screen television, making it the perfect place to relax with your housemates.

In terms of location, Chedworth Street is situated just a 10 minute walk away from both the city centre and Plymouth University Campus. There is a Co Op just down the road, as well as a lots of restaurants and even a park just opposite. Living on Chedworth Street, youll never have to go far for anything, it is in the perfect location.
