I have 2 rooms in the flat, and would be happy to let whichever one you prefer.
It's a fantastic place to live here. There is parking available, but I'm afraid if you want a parking space, the rent will increase by £70 a month as that is what it will cost for a permit.
If you are council tax exempt (eg student), I would he happy to reduce the rent.
My preference would be a male flatmate, but would consider females. Also short term let preferred, but not essential. Students ideal.
Price potentially negotiable for the right person, in an absolutely ideal world, a Mon-Fri would be superb, and I would happily pro-rata for this arrangement
