Fully furnished room in very comfortable and well equipped 3 bed, 2 bath maisonette with large garden in central but quiet location in Plymouth. Bonus - amazing view of Plymouth Sound!

Ideal for a student who wants a quiet space within a short walk of UoP, or someone looking for Monday-Friday lodgings (@£440pm).

Bedding, bed linen and towels provided (can bring your own, obviously!); welcome to use household kitchen equipment too. Literally rock up with a suitcase and you’re good to go.

Arranged like a town house with ground floor entrance; one bedroom, living room, kitchen, study, shower room and separate WC on first floor; and two bedrooms and bathroom on second floor. Available room is on second floor.

Other occupants
61f, owner (me!), semi-retired; and 29m, Ukrainian refugee; plus three senior dogs. Would consider a lodger with a small, low-energy dog, subject to successful meet-and-greet.

Vibe is friendly and cooperative while being respectful and independent.

Utilities, services, etc
Gas, electricity, water, WiFi, TV licence included. Household consumables (loo roll, cleaning materials etc) also included.

Transport
Easy walking distance (between 15 and 25 mins) to city centre, university, train station, coach station, waterfront, Mutley, and Mount Gould hospital. Frequent buses to city centre.

On street parking, permit required 10am-11am Monday to Friday. (There’s a small 1 hour non-permit parking zone at end of street.) Public electric vehicle charging point one street away. Electric bicycle hire available from park (3 min).

Note: pics as currently occupied (lodger moving for work). Can swap double futon for 3’ single bed if preferred.
