Double room in quiet area near Mutley Plain

Hi.

My husband and I are looking to rent out our furnished double bedroom - all bills included.

We are a friendly couple who enjoy a chat but also who respect your space. We enjoy playing board games, watching movies, reading, going for walks along the coastal path, meeting up with friends.

James gets up at 6.00am on weekdays to get to work early. He works at a college in Cornwall. I work as a therapist from home 3 days a week and in a school for 2 days/week. We have a very loving 11 year old dog who looks like a black lab but is a German Shepherd cross. He is very quiet. One thing to note: since our dog is now getting old, he is becoming more sensitive to changes in his environment. We are looking for a lodger who likes dogs and is happy to have the dog in the kitchen. Also, our dog is very sensitive/can react to certain smells due to his history so we are unable to host anyone who uses weed for any reason.
