A Large Double Room is available in my lovely home in Sherford. As a female landlord the room is only available to other females.
The room itself is partially furnished (bed, some side tables, clothes rail etc), the larger of the two rooms, in a quiet area of Sherford, Plymouth. The house is spacious, with family bathroom and a downstairs toilet, kitchen, large living room, garden and garage.
The area is lovely with great city links and close to the a38, it also had a nearby country park for those who enjoy getting out. There is plenty of parking and even use of designated parking space. Pets are considered as I am an animal lover myself and left my cats at my family home when I moved out.
Rent is £650pcm which includes all utility bills and wifi/tv package. I am open to discussion regarding this however, please be realistic.
