Single room available (for short term let of between 1 and 3 months) from 2nd March in a beautifully refurbished Victorian terraced house with a very warm and homely feel to it.
House has all mod cons including superfast broadband, dishwasher etc, and the shared living areas consist of open plan living room / dining room and courtyard garden, complete with brick barbecue.
Permit free street parking available.
Property is conveniently located in Prince Rock with the city centre and Barbican only a 15-20minute stroll.
Bedroom is very quiet as facing to the back and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bureau and TV.
Houseshare with two professionals (inc live-in landlady).
Rent is exclusive of bills (utilities will be split between housemates; in current climate, impossible to guess the average cost; as a guide, last year the total utility bills averaged £90 pcm per person). References as well as 1 month deposit required.
Regrettably, I do not accept pets, indoor smoking / vaping, or couples.
