Furnished Double Room in Quiet Plymouth Home

Hi there!

I have one fully furnished double room available in a lovely period property in sought-after Peverell, Plymouth. The room is bright and airy, with a double bed, large chest of drawers, bedside table & lamp, mirror, and a walk-in wardrobe/storage cupboard.

All bills included (within reason, of course). Fast Wi-Fi, shared facilities throughout the house (Bathroom with bath and separate shower unit, kitchen with all the usual appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher, dining room and separate living room, and a garden). Parking permits are available through the council if you’ve got a car, or free parking is available slightly further up the road without a permit.

You'll be sharing with me (live-in landlord) and my dog – he's super friendly and easy going. So you'll need to be comfortable around dogs and sensible about things like not leaving doors wide open or edible hazards within reach.

Available as either a full-time (7 days per week), or Monday–Friday let – whatever suits you. I'm fairly flexible on term length and happy to consider short term – so just let me know what you're looking for.

The house is calm, clean and quiet – ideal if you're looking for somewhere to switch off after work. Brilliant location: right next to parks, cafes, local shops and just a short walk (or two-minute drive) into the city centre.
