The room is a double with large ensuite. In fact every bedroom in the house is ensuite. The room has just been redecorated. Its located on the ground floor at the back of the house. So it is quiet. In fact the whole house is quiet, we have visited at various times of the day weekday and weekend and never heard any noise at all

The other housemates are all working professionals, with differeing work schedules

The house has 5 rooms, all of which are ensuite, . The common areas are a lounge with seatee and indiviual seats, a large kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. In the kichen are also larder fridge and larder freezer with cupboards for each room ; shelves and cupboards are allocated to each room and numbered to avoid arguments over whose shelf is whose

Outside there is on street parking ( not permit parking ) and there is at the rear of the house covered bike storage which can be accessed without going through the house
