Lovely double room in large house

We have a very spacious house in Glenholt and a lovely double bedroom to rent. The big garden leads down to Plymbridge Woods and has a beautiful outlook, even on rainy days! There is a nice summer house to use too with comfy sofas to relax in. 3 of us live here - me, my partner and my brother plus my two black cats. I'm veggie but the others are all firm meat eaters. I work for the NHS and work partly from home (I have a separate office). The house is within easy walking distance of Marjon University and Derriford Hospital. We'd like to rent the room out Mon to Fri but weekends are negotiable. If you rent Mon to Fri the room is yours and you are welcome to leave your belongings there.
