Fully furnished double room available in a lovely period house in Peverell, close to Central Park, the city centre and the university.

The attic room is bright and comfortable, with a double bed, desk, bedside table, mirror and clothes rail. It also has an en suite toilet and sink.

Downstairs you'll have access to a shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), dining room, living room and pretty garden. Fast Wi-Fi and all bills are included.

You'll be sharing with me (live-in landlord) and my friendly cat Ophelia, so you'll need to be happy living with a feline housemate. My 8 year old daughter also lives with me half the week.

The house is clean, calm and quiet, making it a great place to relax after work or study. Parking permits are available through the council.

Available either full-time (7 days a week) or Monday–Friday, with flexible term lengths and short-term lets considered.
