En suite room available in this large and well furnished house. The room is well decorated and a good size with a large en suite shower room

In addition to kitchen with 5 burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave and plenty of fridge and freezer space there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also available a waterproof and secure basement area.

The house is well maintained. Its kept like that by fixing things ASAP when they are not right, replacing faulty equipment and fortnightly cleaning of the common areas.

Located in a quiet cul de sac with on street parking ( No permit needed) 20 metres from bus stop and co op store. Walking distance to city centre in about 20 minutes.

The room is located on the first floor at the back of the house. So it is quiet. In fact the whole house is quiet, we have visited at various times of the day weekday and weekend and never heard any noise at all
