Hi! I have a fully furnished room available in my home, ideally suited to a professional looking for a comfortable, relaxed, and respectful place to live.

This is my home rather than a typical house share, and I'm looking for someone who will enjoy living here and take care of it as if it were their own. The room comes fully furnished, with a kingsize bed, and includes thoughtful extras such as a laundry basket and clothes airer for each room. All bills are included (gas, water, council tax and Wi-Fi), and the house benefits from full-fibre broadband and a Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video.

One of my favourite things about the house is the garden! It's very large, south-facing, and a real sun trap during the warmer months. At the bottom of the garden is an allotment area with a greenhouse and planters, perfect for anyone who enjoys gardening or growing their own produce. I must admit that I don't have much of a green thumb myself! The garden is maintained by a gardener, so there's absolutely no expectation for you to look after it.

**About Me**
I'm a 29-year-old PE teacher. While I work away during the term, Plymouth remains my permanent home. I'm easygoing, considerate, and enjoy sports, travelling, surfing, and spending time outdoors.

This isn't a party house, but it is a friendly and welcoming home. I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and happy sharing a relaxed living space.
