Lodger Wanted – Spacious Area Within Our Home

We are a couple looking for a respectful, tidy and easy-going person to join our home in Mannamead. Me and my partner are 26 and 27 and both work full time.

The accommodation offers a generous private living space within our house. It includes:
- Double bedroom with ensuite
- Comfortable living area
- Small kitchen for day-to-day cooking
- Full access to our home, main kitchen is available if you need more cooking space, and you'll use our washing machine and utility area.

All bills, council tax and Wi-Fi included.

The rooms will come furnished.

We have a French Bulldog, so we're looking for someone who doesn’t mind having dogs around.

We're ideally looking for:
- A single working professional
- Clean, tidy and considerate
- Non-smoker
