Double Room Millbridge, Stoke, PL1. Looking for a female flat mate. Will be furnished with a double bed, clothes rail and chest of drawers. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. All bills included. The flat is a top floor converted period home and is super spacious. Lots of additional storage.

I’m a social person who loves being outdoors, hiking, swimming, running, travelling and being with my dog. If you love animals, you will love my dog as she is the sweetest dog known to man. I wouldn’t be opposed to having another dog in the house but this would be subject to them meeting and judging general compatibility. Unfortunately no cats as I don’t have a cat flap and my dog hasn’t been around cats.

I work from home 3 days a week on average and would not have an issue if you would like to also. I am away semi-often so you would have the place to yourself when I’m not there.

I am currently undergoing some minor renovations to the flat which is reflected in the price of the room. No works to be undertaken to the room, just general updating of the interior and eventually a new kitchen.

There is also on street parking and I never usually struggle to get a space. We are just outside of the permit zone. 15-20 minute walk in to town and 10 minutes to Central Park. Really friendly, quiet and safe area with some lovely neighbours.

The desk and the dog crate are no longer in the room and it will be empty (with a view to furnish once I have a definite someone will be moving in.) Photo of the dog at the end for extra points.
