There is also an extra room at the back next to the garden which can be used as extra living space/study/bedroom (there is currently a futon in there for guests). It is lower ground floor of a Victorian conversion with just 2 flats above, both lovely neighbours. The garden is very secure should you have a pet. This used to be our home and has been renovated and decorated to a high standard as a result.
