I have a sun terrace to rear of property overlooking the city where you can relax. Or a quite court yard to chill and enjoy with easy access to a large kitchen. There's also a washing line for your use, along with washing machine and tumble dryer.

In the kitchen you will have ample cupboard space and your own upright fridge freezer .

There's 2 beautiful parks in the vicinity, one with sea view (I've included a pic) and further afield, sheltered, peaceful and lots of squirrels!

20minute walk to Barbican
2 min walk to bus stop directly into town
5 min drive to A38

There's a Co-Op within close proximity and a takeaway.

There's also an array of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways on Ebrington Street, approx. 20min walk.

A bit about me. I’m a quiet 45yr old professional, with no pets or children. I believe I'm fairly easy going, just someone who appreciates down time after long days and living in a calm and clean home. I love wine and movies and occasional nights out. So a more relaxed vibe.
