Great WiFi. Top floor. Furnished.

There’s bus stops right outside. No parking allocated.

The kitchen and living room is shared between 6 people. There’s a tumble dryer and washing machine, everyone has their set day. Even a dish washer if so needed.
Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part and only rarely will you see one of them in the kitchen.

Furnishings that are included with the room is bed, mattress, side drawers, chest drawers, built in wardrobe, mounted tv (it’s small but does the job)

I’ve pushed the chest drawers into the wardrobe to make more room as I have a lot of stuff which is why it can look cramped in pictures but is actually quite spacious.

There was a desk included when I moved in 2 years ago but I had them put it in storage so can ask about that when signing contract if you want the room.

A guarantor or one through Rent Guarantor which was quoted to me at £56.33 per month which would bring the total to £656.33 with everything included. They’re a good company and never had any issues.
